As a CENTURY 21 New Millennium REALTOR®, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible. I have been a resident of the Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg area for the past 25 years. In that time, I have seen many changes to the local communities, lots of new shopping centers, new hospitals, new communities, new transportation facilities and many local tourist attractions.

I have been a REALTOR® for the past 18 years. I am a full-service REALTOR® and have knowledge and experience assisting home buyers and sellers with different types of transactions. I have successfully handled listing and selling of rural properties, single family homes in communities, town-homes, active adult communities, waterfront and water view homes at Lake Anna, condos, lot and land sales, and I have also successfully handled transactions involving purchasing and selling short sales. My experience covers rental properties as well: I assist clients and customers looking for rental homes and I also assist homeowners who want to rent their homes.

Since I am local to the area, I am available to service the communities of Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, Westmoreland,  King George, Orange, Culpeper, Louisa, Lake Anna and Mineral areas.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in the retail business with Safeway Food Stores, where I retired after working with them for 30 years. During my employment with Safeway, I held a department head management position for 18 years, and the remainder of my time I spent working in two other departments within the Safeway store. As a member of the management team, I was responsible for organization, marketing and sales of products and other duties within the store. I was also responsible for delegating specific tasks to other employees that were in the department that I managed.

I have learned to implement the skills learned and used in my previous job — management, marketing and research — to aid me in properly assisting homeowners who are looking to market their homes for sale. My experience working with people has provided me the ability to listen to and meet people’s needs and expectations.

My personal knowledge of the local real estate market is combined with the power of the CENTURY 21 brand — the most recognized name in real estate today. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you!

To improve my skills as a REALTOR® and stay informed and updated on new laws that affect my Real Estate Business, I take continuing education courses on many levels to include Ethics, Fair Housing, Contract Negotiations, Real Estate Law, and attending numerous other Real Estate Seminars.

Community Service

I support many community service actives. I volunteer on several committees that benefit local communities: Local Food Banks, Hospitals, Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and the Homeless Shelter.
